GUERILLA GIRLS THESIS REBRANDING
This thesis is a rebranding of the Guerrilla girls for the modern day. Their foray into the new feminist movement
begins with Troop Talk '17: a hypothetical conference and talk series.
The posters move from collage to collage and illustration to exclusively illustration. This works as a timeline
through the various waves of feminism. Each poster represents a different event at Troop Talk '17, the Guerrilla Girls'
new conference.
Once you sign up for the conference a program book would be mailed to you with your tickets, passes and several buttons. The program discusses the Guerrilla Girls new mission statement as well as what they hope to achieve in the coming years. In the back of the book there are mini versions of each poster. The recipient can pop these out and hang them up to anticipate the event in the months ahead.
